Yes, you can redeem your pre paid treatments at any EverySkin clinic. See all of our clinic locations here.
Yes! You can spread your payments for any 6+ laser hair removal courses and 3+ skin treatment courses worth over £200 across 3 months, so that you don't miss out on our best offers or promotions. We charge a one-off £3.99 processing fee to set up a split payment schedule. Call one of our clinics or visit us today to find out more and set up your instalments.
Unfortunately, EverySkin does not offer refunds. This is included in our new customer T&Cs and is one of the reasons why we are able to offer treatments at such affordable prices. However, if you have moved away or cannot come in for your treatment, you can transfer your pre paid treatment credit to a friend or family member. E-mail hello@everyskinclinics.co.uk or speak to your therapist when you next visit a clinic.
Yes, if this is your first time visiting EverySkin, you will need to book in for a consultation so we can assess your skin / hair type and recommend the best treatment approach for you. For laser hair removal, we will also perform a patch test at least 24 hours before proceeding to treatment.

If it's your first time with us, we will do a patch test before we start your treatment, to ensure we have the right settings for your skin tone and hair type. A patch test will be performed, and we will wait 24 hours to ensure no skin reaction has been experienced before proceeding to treatment.
With parental or guardian consent we can treat people under 18 (from 14 years) with laser hair and skin treatments (excluding cosmetic inject). Your parent or guardian will just need to come into the first consultation and sign the consent form.
