We have undertaken a detailed Covid risk assessment at all of our clinics.

For the safety of our community, all our clinics have the following measures in place:
– A limit of 1 staff member and 1 client per treatment room
– Customers should please attend their appointments alone
– Hand sanitiser must be applied by customers on arrival
– Therapists and customers must wear masks at all times, and can only remove them at the start of their facial treatment (if applicable)

Unfortunately, EverySkin does not offer refunds. This is included in our new customer T&Cs and is one of the reasons why we are able to offer treatments at such affordable prices. However, if you have moved away or cannot come in for your treatment, you can transfer your pre paid treatment credit to a friend or family member. Yes, if this is your first time visiting EverySkin, you will need to book in for a consultation so we can assess your skin / hair type and recommend the best treatment approach for you. For laser hair removal and most of our skin treatments, you can then proceed directly to treatment, straight after your consultation appointment.

You can book in both your consultation and your treatment here.

If it's your first time with us, we will do a patch test just before we start your treatment, to ensure we have the right settings for your skin tone and hair type. A patch test will be performed, followed by a 60 second wait to check pain threshold and immediate skin reaction. Then, provided you and your therapist are comfortable, you can proceed straight away with the treatment on the same day, during the same appointment booking (i.e. no need to wait and come back another time).
With parental or guardian consent we can treat people under 18 (from 14 years) with laser hair and skin treatments (excluding cosmetic inject). Your parent or guardian will just need to come into the first consultation and sign the consent form.
