Terms & Conditions

PRE-PAID PACKAGES

  • EverySkin offers discounted prices when our customers pre-pay for packages of multiple treatments. To allow us to offer these discounts, we do not refund for change of mind or circumstance (see refund policy below).
  • Pre-paid laser hair removal packages involving multiple areas cannot be split over different sessions.
  • Expiry of pre-paid packages for laser hair removal and skin packages is 18 months. Cosmetic inject packages expire after 2 years.
  • Where a customer becomes pregnant or is unable to complete their package within the 18-month period due to a medical reason, the customer may either redirect their prepaid spend towards other treatments at EverySkin, transfer to a nominated friend or family member OR pause their package with us on presentation of a doctor’s certificate.

FULL BODY PACKAGES

  • Full body laser hair removal package (Option 1) includes any and all areas of the body except for the back and shoulders. Option 2 includes any and all areas.
  • A customer may elect which areas they would like to exclude from the treatment, however no discount to the full body price will be possible.
  • We take a £50 deposit for full body laser hair removal packages as these require considerable time from our therapists.

PACKAGE REDEMPTION

  • Prepaid treatments may be redeemed at any EverySkin clinic.
  • Only a single individual may redeem a package (i.e. cannot split body areas within the package between multiple people).

LASER HAIR REMOVAL SHAVING POLICY

  • As part of treatment preparation for any laser hair removal treatment, customers are asked to shave the area/s for treatment within 24 hours of their booking.
  • EverySkin does over a shaving service at £20 for 10 minutes, but this does require booking.
  • Where a customer has not shaved the area/s EverySkin reserves the right to refuse treatment in the interest of Health and Safety.

REFUND POLICY

  • EverySkin is able to offer very affordable prices because customers often elect to pre-pay. Therefore, while refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the UK Consumer Law (for example if our service or product is faulty), we do not refund for change of mind or change of circumstance.
  • A customer may, however, redirect their prepaid spend towards other treatments at EverySkin or transfer to a nominated friend or family member.
  • If a customer purchases a package online before coming to an EverySkin clinic for a consultation, and an EverySkin therapist subsequently concludes (based on a consultation) that the customer is unsuitable for treatment (e.g. due to medical history or hair type), EverySkin agrees to refund the package purchase.
  • We also encourage all our customers respectfully to have realistic expectations of the results of a treatment. We encourage you to discuss expected results with your therapist before commencing a prepaid package with us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • EverySkin respectfully requests that customers give at least 24-hour notice when they need to cancel an appointment. If less notice is given, the cost of a prepaid treatment session will be forfeited.

SPLIT PAYMENT POLICY

  • For packages over £200, EverySkin offers customers the ability to split payment in clinic over 3 equal instalments (over 3 months), to allow customers to take advantage of great sales offers.
  • Card details must be recorded for payment schedules to be set up, and monthly instalments will be directly taken from the customer's chosen card.
  • Where a customer is unable to pay an instalment, no interest or late fees will be charged. EverySkin simply won’t perform any more of the treatments in the purchased package, until payment is made.
  • After more than one month of non-payment, the package will be forfeited.

LOYALTY PROGRAMME: EVERYSKIN INSIDER

  • EverySkin has two tiers of loyalty program. EverySkin Insider and EverySkin VIP.
  • A customer who spends at least £150 with us will be automatically enrolled in EverySkin Insider. Customers spending £1,500 or more will be upgraded (or enrolled) in our VIP tier.
  • As an EverySkin Insider or VIP customer you will accumulate 1 loyalty point or 1.5 point respectively per £1 spend. VIPs will also receive first access to new treatments, promotions, events and other treats.

COSMETIC INJECT TREATMENTS

  • · Given the higher cost of our injecting medical professional’s time, we reserve the right to charge a non-refundable deposit for inject treatments. This deposit can then be used towards treatment.
  • All potential cosmetic injection clients must first have a consultation with one of our injectors and be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment before progressing to treatment.
  • Inject products purchased as part of a package can only be used in the same appointment for hygiene reasons. Dosages/vials cannot be split over multiple days.

RESPONSIBILITY TO FILL OUT CUSTOMER FORMS WITH HONESTY

  • EverySkin performs a number of treatments where customer honesty is very important e.g. regarding any medical conditions, medicines taken, recent treatments, sun exposure, allergies etc.
  • EverySkin will endeavour to ensure that the customer receives the very best in treatment advice according to their needs. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to fill out customer forms to the best of their knowledge and advise their therapist if there have been any changes.

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards can only be redeemed in-clinic.
  • All gift cards have an 18-month expiry from the date of purchase.
  • Gift cards are redeemable by recipient only, and non-transferable.
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • Gift cards can only be used to purchase EverySkin services or products.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and can be used as part or full payment.
  • To make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the remaining gift card value, customers will need to pay the excess using another payment method.
  • Any remaining balance can be left on the card and be spent on future purchases. The remaining balance cannot be consolidated into a new gift card.
  • If the customer has purchased the gift card for another person, the customer must inform the recipient that they are bound by these conditions.
  • EverySkin Limited will not be held liable for cards which have been lost or stolen, although we may replace faulty, lost or stolen Gift Cards at our absolute discretion. Any such replacement gift cards will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date.
  • We reserve the right to change any of these terms and conditions at any time where the change is required – for example, to add or remove products or services which may be purchased with the Gift Card; to comply with any contract, law or regulation of any court, tribunal or other body having competent jurisdiction.

OFFER: 50% OFF FOR NEW CLIENTS

  • EverySkin offers 50% OFF Laser Hair Removal or Skin Treatments for first treatment for all new clients who have not previously had a treatment at EverySkin (this excludes inject and product).
  • The 50% discount is calculated using the standard single treatment price inclusive of VAT.
  • This offer cannot used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, third party discount or other discount status.
  • Payment must be made in full and the terms of our cancellation and refund policy apply.

OFFER: REFER A FRIEND PROGRAMME

  • EverySkin offers a ‘Refer a Friend’ programme whereby each time a customer refers a friend by sharing a unique code (generated on our website), the recipient friend will receive a gift of £10 to spend with us
  • EverySkin will apply £10 credit to the referring customer once the recipient uses the unique code to avail their first service.
  • Referral codes and credit applied to the referring customer’s account are redeemable by recipient only, and non-transferable.

  • EverySkin offers 40% OFF Laser Hair Removal and 30% OFF select skin treatments for all clients purchasing laser hair removal between 09 August - 31 August 2021.
  • The 40% and 30% discounts are calculated using the standard single treatment price inclusive of VAT.
  • This offer cannot used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, third party discount or other discount status.
  • Payment must be made in full and the terms of our cancellation and refund policy apply.
  • To benefit from the sale online, customers must insert the relevant promo code for their package course: SUMMER3LASER for courses of 3 sessions; SUMMER6LASER for courses of 6 sessions; SUMMER8LASER for courses of 8 session; SUMMER2SKIN for a course of 2 skin treatments; SUMMER3SKIN for a course of 3 skin treatments;
  • Our laser and skin packages are already discounted, so each promo code will adjust the package discount to approximately 40% off (for laser hair removal) or 30% off (for skin treatments).
  • Due to rounding of prices, the discounts are approximately 40% and 30%.
  • Our small and medium add ons are not included.
  • Cosmetic Injectables are not includes
  • There is no need to insert a promo code for bookings made online. The offer will be applied in clinic for all bookings made up to 31 August 2021.

OFFER: STATUS DISCOUNTS

  • EverySkin offers a number of status offers, such as our Family & Friends discount.
  • These offers cannot used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, third party discount or other discount status.
  • These offers are available only to specific recipients and are non-transferable to any other clients.
AMBASSADOR PROGRAMME
  • EverySkin worked with select brand ambassadors to spread the word about EverySkin in local communities
  • Candidates should apply by emailing pr@everyskinclinics.co.uk, answering 3 questions: (1) WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE AN EVERYSKIN AMBASSADOR? (2) TELL US ABOUT YOUR NETWORK – HOW MANY CUSTOMERS DO YOU THINK YOU COULD INTRODUCE? (3) WHAT WOULD YOU TELL THEM ABOUT EVERYSKIN?
  • EverySkin will also request to view social media accounts of potential ambassadors
  • It is at the full discretion of EverySkin who they choose to bring onboard as a brand ambassador. It is also at the full discretion of EverySkin to end an ambassador relationship
  • Brand ambassadors will receive:
  1. £10 CASH REWARD for every new customer introduced to EverySkin (once the referred customer has made purchase)
  2. 1 FREE laser hair removal treatment (Underarms, Face, Brazilian or Small / Medium area) once you have referred 3 customers
  3. 50% OFF treatments (laser hair removal + skin treatments, excluding inject skin add-ons, and small/medium laser areas) once you have referred 5 customers. 50% is off single treatment prices.
  • The programme will run using EverySkin's 'Refer a Friend' programme (see above)
  • Referred customers will also receive £10 off their purchase by using the digital promo code provided by the brand ambassador
  • EverySkin will apply £10 credit to the ambassador once the recipient uses the unique code to avail their first service. This can then be transferred to a cash reward
  • Referral codes and credit applied to the referring customer’s account are redeemable by recipient only, and non-transferable
  • EverySkin may choose to terminate the Ambassador Programme and / or specific Ambassador partnership at its discretion.
