Reasons to love Profhilo
Profhilo contains one of the highest concentrations of Hyaluronic Acid (a natural substance in the skin) on the market. When injected into the skin, this treatment quickly improves hydration, firmness and overall skin tone, and addresses both fine and deeper lines. It also stimulates collagen and elastin, improving hydration in the deeper layers of the skin - which also means results lasting up to 6-9 months!
This is a fantastic, long-lasting treatment for all skin tones and ages - the perfect solution if you’re looking for youth boost for your skin. It can also be combined with dermal fillers or wrinkle relaxing treatment.
How Profhilo works
Profhilo is injected just below the the surface of the skin over 2 sessions 4 weeks apart. It is absorbed into the skin, immediately hydrating the skin with a naturally-found hyaluronic acid. The strategic positioning of injections means only 10 injections are needed to treat the full face.
The slow release of hyaluronic acid stimulates 4 different types of collagen and elastin, improving the skin's texture, firmness and radiance in addition to reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. After your 2 initial treatments, maintenance sessions can be repeated every 3-6 months.

Ask us anything about profhilo
No, Profhilo is not a dermal filler - it is a hyaluronic gel that improves skin hydration and quality. Rather than directly targeting a fine line or wrinkle, Profhilo stimulates collagen and elastin, improving hydration in the deeper layers of the skin. It's often referred to as a "remodeller" for tired / ageing skin.
Yes, a treatment plan can often include Profhilo and wrinkle relaxers. Book a free consultation with one of our medical practitioners who can advise on the best treatment course for you.
Whilst Profhilo is most commonly used for the face, it can also be effectively used for rejuvenating the neck, decolletage, hands and other parts of the body.
Downtime is minimal - you may experience some redness or swelling, but this is temporary and should subside within a few days.
We recommend that you avoid strenuous exercise and avoid intense heat (e.g. saunas, steamy baths) or cold until the redness or swelling is resolved. You should also avoid intense sun or UV light exposure for the first few days after treatment.
